POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Supervisor, Arestin Production, the position holder carries out filling and packaging operations for the Arestin Production Unit based on precise instructions in compliance with good manufacturing practices, procedures, and instructions, ensuring security.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Batch production
  • Carries out the work of filling, operating, and packaging the Arestin Unit in accordance with the procedures in place.
  • Ensures that the production steps are followed as specified in the production sheet. Diligently completes documentation during production. Controls quality during production and notifies the manager of process deviations. Performs product inspections when necessary.
  • Guarantees the completion of necessary documentation during deviations.
  • Ensures the availability of the equipment necessary to carry out tasks.
  • Ensures that your workstation and equipment are maintained in accordance with GMP and HSE quality standards.
  • Participates in teamwork and the development of new working methods.
  • Maintains technical qualifications and knowledge of methods and procedures in force.
  • Performs any other related task at the request of the manager.
Equipment and materials
  • Verifies the good working condition and conformity of equipment, materials, and premises.
  • Ensures the proper use of equipment.
  • Informs the team leader and/or manager of any problems encountered.
  • Respects production standards (TRS, Productivity, Yields) and follows instructions.
  • Assembles certain equipment as needed.
  • Washes equipment and premises.
  • Checks, completes, and transmits batch files and packaging documents.
  • Takes necessary measures to preserve the integrity of people, property, and products in case of anomalies.
  • Enters data into production management systems.
GMP and HSE
  • Performs work in compliance with current GMP and HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Follows HSE directives, procedures, and instructions daily.
  • Declares any quality/HSE events to the manager and communicates problems, suggesting improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Secondary minimum V or equivalent, DEP or DEC.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field as an employee or operator.
  • Technical knowledge of processes/products and production tools.
