A leading snack company in Toronto is seeking a Manufacturing BD Manager to lead production operations and drive key performance targets. The ideal candidate will have strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, as well as skills in project management and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and requires occasional travel to Ontario plants.

You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented and is fully effectiveand you will strive to build a high performing organization.

The Manufacturing BD Manager is responsible for leading large-scale projects ( Sourcing Strategy, NPDs, QI, Capacity Firepower, Service Unlocks, Productivity & MSC Synergy) within the assigned category or brand, and interfaces with cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization, including brand stewards in Marketing, R&D, and Finance, technical and execution resources in Engineering and field operations, and senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Occasional travel to our Ontario plants.
