Schedule : 2-2-3 Rotation | 12-Hour Shifts

Job Type : Contract

Position

We are currently hiring Production Associates to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves working at either the start of the production line—loading empty bottles and materials—or at the end—packing and preparing finished products for shipment. Attention to detail and adherence to documentation standards are critical.

Responsibilities

• Load empty materials onto the production line.
• Pack and label finished goods for shipment.
• Stand and move throughout the production floor for the entire shift.
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and wear required gowning.
• Complete accurate documentation in English for compliance purposes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a production, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GMP or similar regulated procedures.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move consistently during 12-hour shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Fast-paced, clean, and safety-regulated production facility.
• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule alternating between day and night shifts every two weeks.
• Team-based environment with shared responsibilities and rotating roles.
