With 80 years of leadership in municipal design and civil infrastructure delivery, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Our strong relationships with municipalities and government ministries across Western Canada, including Manitoba, position us as leaders in project delivery. We are looking for a dynamic leader capable of managing projects and mentoring and growing a team of engineers and designers.
As the Manitoba Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for building and growing the business, maintaining good relationships with clients, and expanding the Parsons team. You will manage the leadership of civil infrastructure projects including roadway, bridge, active transportation, drainage and utilities in municipal and rural settings. Your responsibilities will include leadership and oversight of pursuits, scope development, scope management, and budget performance of various projects to meet their goals and objectives. You will demonstrate technical excellence in civil design and be a thought leader in overseeing the delivery of complex projects without sacrificing schedule and budget. This role involves coordinating projects through all phases, including pursuit, inception, programming, design, construction, and closeout.
You will oversee civil infrastructure projects for key clients such as the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, Manitoba Hydro, City of Winnipeg, City of Brandon, and other municipalities in Manitoba, delivered using traditional and Alternative Project Delivery methods.
