Job summary

Fox Group in Canada is seeking a Part Time Shift Lead to motivate, inspire, and develop the store team while delivering legendary customer experiences. You will coach staff, meet sales targets, and ensure excellent service on the floor and back room.

The role requires at least 1 year in fast fashion with prior sales management experience, strong decision-making, and proficient Windows software skills. Competitive hourly pay and supportive, inclusive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of fast fashion experience.
• Prior sales management experience.
• Ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics.
• Proven ability to drive sales results and analyze selling reports.
• Comfort in decision making and mediating conflicts.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based software (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven ability to drive sales results, able to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
• Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment
• Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people.
• Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook

Pay range: $18.60 - 20.00
