The Manager, F&B / Culinary Operations is accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and service standards of the F&B department. This includes menu development, supervising daily operations, managing staffing levels, supporting culinary execution, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role leads by example, fosters a positive learning environment, and maintains a safe and welcoming workplace for all team members.
