Position Details :

  • Duration : 12 months (renewable)
  • Work Mode : 75% remote with occasional travel to northern sites
  • Industry : Mining

Important : The candidate must be located in Ontario.

Responsibilities :

  • Build logistics plans across multiple Northern Ontario sites with rotating schedules
  • Plan and coordinate training initiatives
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation using internal systems and tools
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for training initiatives
  • Develop a network with key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain an inventory of training content
  • Contribute to training strategy and curriculum development
  • Prepare training environments
  • Support training content coordination in the LMS
  • Requirements :

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in training, with expertise in ERP migration projects
  • Knowledge of SAP, JD Edwards, or LMS is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
  • Team player with innovative ideas
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and attention to detail skills
  • Fluent in English; French is an asset
  • Knowledge of the mining industry is an asset
