Job summary

Une société de recrutement recherche un coordinateur de formation IT pour un contrat de 12 mois dans l'industrie minière, majoritairement à distance. Le rôle consiste à planifier des formations, gérer la logistique des initiatives de formation, et établir un réseau solide avec les parties prenantes. Le candidat idéal aura entre 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en formation et une connaissance des systèmes ERP.

Qualifications

  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la formation, expertise en projets de migration ERP.
  • Connaissance de SAP, JD Edwards, et différentes LMS.
  • Fluence en anglais requise, maîtrise du français appréciée.

Responsibilities

  • Élaborer un plan logistique pour former à plusieurs sites du Nord de l'Ontario.
  • Planifier et coordonner des initiatives de formation.
  • Maintenir des enregistrements de formation précis.

Job description

M3C is looking for a Training coordinator IT (ID655). The mandate is for 12 months (renewable) and it's 75% remote work with occasional travel to northern sites when required. The client is in the mining industry.

Important : The candidate must be located in Ontario.

The responsibilities of the Training coordinator IT are :

  • Build a logistics plan across multiple Northern Ontario sites with rotating schedules;
  • Plan and coordinate training initiatives;
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation using internal systems and tools;
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for training initiative;
  • Develop a solid network with key stakeholders already in place;
  • Collaborate to build and maintain an inventory of training content;
  • Contribute to the development of the training strategy;
  • Contribute to the development of training curriculums;
  • Plan and prepare training environments;
  • Support the coordination of training content in the LMS.

Requirements

The requirements are :

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the training domain, with expertise in ERP migration projects;
  • Knowledge of SAP, JD Edwards, and / or various LMS is a highly valued asset;
  • Adaptability and Reliability : Able to work independently while staying flexible in changing environments;
  • Collaboration and Creativity : Open-minded team player who brings innovative ideas and solutions;
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail : Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and simplifying complex information;
  • Fluency in English required : proficiency in French is an asset;
  • Asset : Knowledge of the mining industry.
