Job summary

Kibbi in Quebec's Capitale-Nationale region is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to direct and control daily retail activities in a rural setting. You will plan, organize and evaluate operations while overseeing staff, recruiting when needed, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

You will source and procure merchandise, organize inventory, and develop marketing strategies to boost sales.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations.
