Role Overview: Facilitates decisioning and analysis of all types of credit information to support lending decisions and processes for the bank. Maintains and promotes a client service environment to satisfy and exceed customer needs and expectations. This role will make credit decisions and recommendations in accordance with sound credit-granting principles and in compliance with Bank Policies & Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  9. Develop expertise in business challenges and network for industry insights.
  10. Recommend organizational improvements and participate in committees and task forces.
  11. Develop business priorities, resource requirements, and strategic roadmaps.
  12. Partner internally to develop client presentations, proposals, and correspondence.
  13. Manage databases in adherence to data governance standards.
  14. Monitor performance, address issues, and develop communication strategies to influence behavior.
  15. Identify process improvements through communication and productivity monitoring.
  16. Lead operational programs, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
  17. Provide financial analysis and risk assessments for customers.
  18. Partner with stakeholders for accurate client information and develop credit information for lending decisions.
  19. Assist in negotiations and prepare summaries on creditworthiness.
  20. Minimize risk exposure by adhering to credit policies and procedures.
  21. Build relationships with stakeholders and influence team collaboration.
  22. Apply expertise to address complex and ambiguous situations creatively.
  23. Communicate complex concepts simply and foster internal/external networks.
  24. Anticipate trends and implement appropriate changes.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 9+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and recognized as a technical and thought leader.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in analytical, problem-solving, influence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Able to manage ambiguity effectively.

Salary: $103,500.00 - $192,500.00

Pay Type: Salaried
