Job summary

RBC is seeking a Data Product Lead for Capital Markets in Toronto. You will own enterprise data products, define strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and deliver AI-ready data capabilities aligned with business objectives.

You will drive governance, KPIs, and value realization while mentoring teams and partnering with executive stakeholders to advance a data-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of Capital Markets experience is expected.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams.

Own enterprise data products across Capital Markets. This role is part of RBC Capital Markets Data Strategy & Execution and is responsible for delivering trusted, governed, AI-ready data capabilities.

The Data Product Lead will define strategy, lead execution, partner across business and technology, and deliver measurable business value through modern data capabilities.

What will you do?
