Introduction

As a Package Consultant at IBM, you will tackle mission-critical company directives by designing, developing, and re-engineering complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will leverage consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environments and achieve results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner, collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and act as a trusted business advisor. You should have a deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent, lead design workshops, support business development, and mentor team members to develop their skills. Opportunities include acquiring new skills, working across disciplines, and understanding various industries.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that meet client needs for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
  • Managing a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Involving in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging functional SAP expertise and latest technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in at least three successful end-to-end implementations in a lead consultant capacity for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Proven ability to lead client requirement-gathering workshops, provide insights into system capabilities, and guide clients on best practices.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding Associate Certification.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week based on client needs.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Fluency in French is a strong asset.
  • Professional certification is a strong asset.
