Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Broker located in Vancouver, BC, with some work from home acceptable. The Managing Broker will oversee the daily operations of the brokerage, manage and train real estate agents, ensure compliance with local regulations, and provide support and guidance to agents. The role also involves developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the brokerage's overall success.

  • Experience in real estate management, including overseeing a team of agents and managing brokerage operations
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Experience in client relationship management and providing exceptional customer service
