The Senior Sales Manager will be a customer-facing role, responsible for developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines. Responsibilities include:

  • Working with sales teams to identify new valve growth opportunities within specified regions and industries.
  • Developing and fostering relationships with key decision-makers at EPCs, OEMs, and End Users involved in control and relief valves.
  • Expanding Baker Hughes valve sales volumes through project pursuit and customer engagement.
  • Conducting market research and prospecting to build a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Coordinating with channel partner sales teams to cover key project stakeholders.
  • Sharing best practices within regions and globally.
  • Providing regional market and customer intelligence, especially in the Energy Transition industry.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or a High School Diploma with 10+ years in the Energy Sector.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service within control valves, automation, or process control industries.
  • Possess strong industrial B2B product sales experience, including project timing, budgeting, strategic sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Be able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and influence others with data and experience.
  • Have experience working with cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.
  • Be willing to travel up to 50% for business.
