Job description

As part of the Atlantic Region Maintenance Team the WWR Maintenance & Planning Manager is responsible for all planned maintenance the 21-day WWR Asset Plan and materials and resource planning. They lead the onshore WWR Maintenance & Planning Team providing direction and defining priorities with support from all team members to ensure work is completed based on priority and performed in a safe reliable and efficient manner in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

What youll do :

Monitor the WWR Asset Plan ensuring that all activities are carried out in a planned efficient safe and environmentally responsible manner to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance

Work closely with all partners to set priorities and resolve execution issues with consideration to backlog and safety critical element status

Coordinate with Procurement Department to ensure all required spares material and service contracts are in place to implement the work order scope.

Perform periodic auditing of maintenance procedures and practices including reviewing and recommending improvements to planned maintenance routines and sparing

Input analyze monitor and assist in the management of the SAP PM / PDM process

Implement actions to optimize planning processes to improve performance and attain efficiency targets in areas of equipment availability utilization material consumption and resource (POB)

Support annual budget preparation monthly reporting contract and vendor management

Support SAP maintenance plan review and update along with update of maintenance related documentation

Participate in Regional Response Management Team as assigned

Who you are :

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications :

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Technology diploma or Professional Engineer

In depth knowledge of maintenance management processes with proven leadership and team management skills

Minimum of 12 years in the offshore oil and gas industry Offshore maintenance background

A member in good standing or eligible for registration with Professional Engineers and Geoscientist Newfoundland & Labrador (PEGNL)

This is a safety sensitive position and will be subject to offshore pre-placement Fitness for Work assessments which includes drug and alcohol screening a CAPP medical and BST / HUEBA testing

You must be able to travel via helicopter and boat. This position requires the successful candidate travel offshore there you will be required to obtain and maintain medical clearance and obtain all required training necessary for offshore travel.
