The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior or Manager for our PAS practice. In this role, you will gain valuable experience working across various capabilities and service offerings. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, often directly with leaders of major organizations, bringing diverse perspectives to every challenge. We are strategically positioned to advise government and public sector leaders amidst increasing disruptions, a changing workforce, and evolving business landscapes. Your key responsibilities

  • Lead client engagement teams, demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex change concepts, and manage project budgets.
  • Deliver high-quality services, establishing goals and plans to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management, focusing on deliverables and aligning with business priorities.
  • Provide on-the-job feedback and training, fostering an innovative, team-oriented environment.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments, demonstrating high levels of technical and professional knowledge.
  • Generate new business opportunities, assess and present ways to serve clients, and develop long-term relationships within and outside EY.
  • Travel flexibility, with an estimated 30% travel requirement.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with 4-6 years of experience
  • Degree or master's in business, human resources, or psychology
  • At least 4 years of advisory experience in change enablement areas such as change management, stakeholder management, organizational design, leadership development, HR transformation, etc.
  • Experience in full project lifecycle delivery and selling services to Fortune 500 clients

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong organization and time management skills, ability to work under pressure
