The Worker Oriented Clinical Program is seeking a full-time, permanent Manager to lead the Work, Stress and Health (WSH) Program and the Back on Track (BoT) Program. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a critical services that support psychological health and recovery at the level of the individual and societally.
The WSH Program offers unique assessment and treatment services for individuals with psychological injuries, primarily funded by third-party payers such as the Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB)
The Back on Track Program provides educational services for individuals with impaired driving offences in Ontario. Both are revenue-generating programs with a mandate for active business development.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee essential clinical service delivery that impacts both individual well-being and societal health, while ensuring operational and strategic excellence.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Clinical Director, Worker Oriented Clinical Program, the Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational, clinical, and strategic management of all contracted services, including WSIB-funded programs and others.
