Job Description: As the Warehouse Manager, you will be expected to:

1. Organize and maintain a safe and effective warehouse environment.
2. Arrange accurate inbound and outbound shipments along with appropriate documentation.
3. Manage and track inventory levels using a computer system.
4. Count, organize, and control all inventory-related items.
5. Conduct annual inventory counts and other semi-annual counts as needed to ensure accurate figures.
6. Maintain strong project management skills, including the ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, communicate information in a timely fashion, and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
7. Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive material.
8. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, mathematical skills, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
9. Work alongside Project Managers and Service staff to coordinate shipments and material allocations.
10. Set out shipments for Service staff and trade pickups.
11. Be able to work both individually and as a team with minimum supervision.
12. Provide guidance and daily tasks for warehouse coordinators or other laborers.
13. Be proficient in Microsoft Office products and Inventory software.
14. Be punctual and positive, setting a professional tone.
15. Demonstrate commitment to the project, client, and the team.
16. Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
17. Dress presentably in appropriate professional attire.
18. Perform such other duties and responsibilities for various operations within our multi-company environment as may be required and/or assigned as part of the Warehouse Manager's duties.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
