*Job Summary*Trademark Industries Inc. & Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our warehouse operations. This leadership role requires someone who can manage day-to-day logistics, direct staff, and ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse functions ? from receiving and inventory control to shipping and carrier coordination.We are a fast-paced, dynamic environment driven by innovation and constant growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-focused, and experienced in warehouse operations, with a hands-on management style and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.*Key Responsibilities** Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.* Lead and manage a small team of warehouse staff; schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure accountability.* Prepare and review all shipping documents and Bills of Lading (BOLs).* Communicate with external carriers and vendors to coordinate deliveries and negotiate freight rates.* Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and enforce proper warehouse protocols.* Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.* Contribute to process improvements and identify operational efficiencies.* Train new team members on procedures, equipment, and safety.*Requirements** Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.* Strong leadership and team management skills.* Proficiency with shipping software and warehouse management systems.* Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (license an asset).* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.* Physical stamina and ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.* Experience working with carriers and quoting LTL/FTL shipments.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental care* Extended health care* Life insurance* On-site parking* Vision careLicence/Certification:* Class G Licence (required)* Forklift Licence (required)Work Location: In person
