Duties:

1. Manage daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective.
2. Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
3. Coordinate order picking and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
4. Supervise and train warehouse staff on best practices for safety and efficiency.
5. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
6. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall productivity.

Experience:

1. Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field is preferred.
2. Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, including order picking and inventory control.
3. Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting and equipment operation.
5. Ability to fabricate or build solutions for operational challenges is a plus.
6. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
7. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Language Requirements: Mandarin (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 35 - 45 per week
