A leading nonprofit organization in Canada is seeking a Manager, Volunteer Experience to develop and enhance volunteer programs. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma and at least 3 years of experience in community engagement. Our team is looking for a Manager, Volunteer Experience, anywhere in Canada, on a full-time basis working 35 hours per week. The Manager, Volunteer Experience, is responsible for developing volunteer programs and initiatives that further engage, inform, and inspire the volunteer community. This role designs and continuously evaluates volunteer programs and initiatives to assess impact and encourage collective action.
