Members of our US Tax practice provide:

• Advice on US/Canada cross-border issues
• Preparation of US corporate tax returns and related filings
• Developing tax strategies for profit repatriation
• Negotiating with IRS and state tax authorities
• Claiming tax deductions and refunds
• Determining optimal US corporate structures
• Advice on foreign acquisitions and investments
• Locating tax-efficient jurisdictions
• State and Local tax compliance and advisory services

As a Manager, US Corporate Tax, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and growing our US corporate tax practice
• Providing proactive tax advice to clients
• Supervising and reviewing junior staff work
• Managing and mentoring team members
• Reviewing US corporate income tax returns
• Collaborating with Tax and Assurance teams
• Monitoring engagement budgets and milestones
