Define, track, and report on key operational metrics to monitor performance and drive improvement.
- Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks and payment exceptions: Investigate root causes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and implement corrective actions to minimize risk and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Foster a high-performing team environment: Provide coaching, mentorship, and cross-training to team members, building bench strength, promoting flexibility, and supporting career development within the group.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence: Evaluate existing processes for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy; lead or contribute to initiatives that enhance the team's effectiveness and adaptability to evolving business needs.
