Overview


Responsibilities


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assists with supervising admissions/ticketing attendants wherever tickets are sold on property.
  • Sets up events in the ticketing system.
  • Supports box office staff in their job functions as needed.
  • Ensures a positive and creative team environment within the department.
  • Facilitates open communication with supervisors and staff.
  • Ensures proper inter-departmental communication and organization.
  • Provides complete and ongoing staff training.
  • Responsible for financial settlement and accountability of all revenues from ticket sales and ancillary income with the internal finance department.
  • Completes and distributes accurate daily ticket counts.
  • Organizes department and financial information for weekly marketing meetings.
  • Builds shows on the TM Host platform.
  • Creates, modifies, and maintains inventory for all ticketed events on the TM Host platform.
  • Creates and manages all presales, packages, and post-sales in compliance with co-promoters, outside producers, and venue partners.
  • Monitors inventory and ticket sales, implementing strategic flex ticket pricing as needed.
  • Maintains ticketing computer systems.
  • Organizes nightly will-call tickets.
  • Interacts with artists, record labels, management, and band tour accountants.
  • This is not an exhaustive list; other duties and tasks may be performed as circumstances require.

Qualifications


  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Box Office/Ticketing Management using Ticketmaster Host platform.
  • At least 3 years experience in a Supervisor/Manager role. Familiarity with Ticketmaster Pricemaster, Platinum/Dynamic/Flex Pricing.
  • Previous experience with Ticketmaster TM1 platform is preferred.
  • Experience in a Casino environment is a plus.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to walk distances.
  • Must frequently lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions

  • Typically performed in a highly regulated environment, with occasional presence on the Casino Floor, which may expose to noise and other environmental factors.
