As a member of the Tax Digital Services practice, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the integration of technology and tax. Our team is dedicated to developing and deploying cutting-edge automation and analytic solutions that enable RSM to lead in the middle market. We draw inspiration from tax planning ideas, market needs, and technological innovations to craft service offerings that deliver real results for our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Lead fast-paced teams to design and deliver advanced, innovative solutions for critical corporate tax (direct and indirect) focused on tax technology requirements.
• Includes data acquisition and transformation (ETL), accounting system implementation, integration, upgrades, GAAP/IFRS, tax-based accounting, system integrations, data analytics, visualizations, RPA, machine learning, and custom coding.
• Act as senior engagement lead or other client-facing roles on key accounts.
• Represent the tax technology consulting practice in proposals and pursuits across lines of business.
• Identify and monitor go-to-market initiatives and activities to build client relationships.
• Develop and present thought leadership at conferences and promote RSM's brand through social media.
• Translate client project learnings to inform automated solution development.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree required
• CPA, JD, or enrolled agent required
• At least 5 years of experience in tax technology consulting and solution development
• Certified designer with industry-standard ETL and RPA tools
• Certifications in data management tools such as OCR and APIs
• Proficiency with Azure cloud or similar environments
• Programming skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience leading advanced tax technology projects in complex, global organizations
• Experience across all software development lifecycle phases
• Familiarity with ERP and EPM systems
• Strong leadership, influence, and collaboration skills
