A leading beauty retailer is seeking a Talent Champion to manage training, performance assessment, and operational excellence in their Surrey store. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing talent. Talent Champion. Conduct final interviews for all key positions. Utilize the online applicant tracking system as needed to source, select, and hire candidates.
Training & Development. Manage all training-related functions within the store. Collaborate with the Store Director and Education partners to develop and execute the store's ongoing training strategy.
Performance Assessment & Development. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports in a complete and timely manner. Oversee the performance management process for the entire store. Ensure timely feedback for improvement is delivered and followed up as necessary.
Operational Excellence. Lead the store's operations. Ensure execution of all operational processes, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting, all within company standards and timeframes.
Entrepreneurial Spirit. Demonstrate expertise by understanding the store's sales performance, staffing, payroll, and other controllable expenses.
