In this role, you will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition at Prospera. This includes leading, supporting, and coaching our Talent Attraction Specialists, managing full-cycle recruitment, and ensuring an excellent experience for hiring managers and candidates. Collaborating with the Director, Talent & People Experience, you will contribute to developing Talent Attraction strategies, focusing on employer branding, talent pipelining, and DEI initiatives. You will also handle full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles.
