Position: Manager, Talent Attraction

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition at Prospera. This includes leading, supporting, and coaching our Talent Attraction Specialists, managing full-cycle recruitment, and ensuring an excellent experience for hiring managers and candidates. Collaborating with the Director, Talent & People Experience, you will contribute to developing Talent Attraction strategies, focusing on employer branding, talent pipelining, and DEI initiatives. You will also handle full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles.

What You’ll Do
  1. Support, coach, and develop Talent Attraction team members.
  2. Work with stakeholders within People Experience to enhance the hiring manager and candidate experience.
  3. Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and senior roles.
  4. Coordinate FTE management with senior leaders across Finance, People Experience, and Business lines.
  5. Ensure team meets Service Level Agreements and KPIs.
  6. Report on Talent Attraction performance and labor market insights quarterly.
  7. Manage relationships with vendors and recruitment agencies, including budget oversight.
  8. Implement talent focus areas like Employer Branding, Inclusive Hiring, and talent pipelining.
  9. Partner with and coach hiring leaders on selection criteria and decision-making.
What You Bring
  1. 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, especially for professional and senior roles.
  2. 2+ years of leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
  3. Ability to engage professionally with senior leaders and foster collaboration.
  4. Strong leadership skills, coaching capabilities, and clear communication.
  5. Influence and coaching skills to guide hiring managers on talent attraction initiatives.
