Infrastructure Ontario is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead the TA function, drive workforce strategy, and modernize the recruitment process. You will own senior leadership recruitment end to end, coach a small team, and advise executives on hiring decisions.
You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate workforce plans into proactive pipelines, while delivering metrics on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.

We’re looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our TA function into its next chapter. This role will drive the team to work closer to the business, anchor in workforce strategy, be confident with systems and data, and bring an innovative forward thinking approach to talent acquisition and candidate sourcing. You’ll lead a capable team, personally own senior leadership and executive recruitment end to end, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives making some of the most consequential hiring decisions in the organization.
We offer a competitive salary range of $102,300 to $147,000 (M2 Level). Pay will align with skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate.
