Job description

Dream is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager

Dream is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team, overseeing full-cycle recruitment across all levels and driving innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Who are you?

Do you enjoy building high-performing teams and creating exceptional candidate experiences? At Dream, we believe talent is at the core of our success. We're looking for a passionate, driven, and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find, engage, and hire the best. If you're excited about shaping hiring strategies, mentoring others, and making a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

What will you do?

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll lead Dream's hiring efforts, managing the recruitment process from early-career to senior leadership roles. You'll play a hands-on role in refining our processes, supporting our teams, and enhancing our employer brand. This is a dynamic, high-impact position where your ideas and expertise will be highly valued.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern, entry-level, junior, mid, and senior management roles, including leadership positions.
  • Conduct strategic sourcing for managerial and above roles, including confidential searches.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to develop tailored hiring strategies and provide advisory support for senior roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across all levels and departments.
  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate onboarding, and conduct new hire orientations.
  • Lead employer branding efforts, representing Dream at career fairs, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Manage a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, providing guidance and support across recruitment functions.
  • Track recruitment metrics and budgets to improve efficiency and measure success.
  • Serve as the main contact for recruitment vendors, including agencies and universities.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Recruitment team to support intern hiring programs and events.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as job postings, background checks, references, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, identifying opportunities for process and strategy improvements.

What experience should you have?

We're looking for someone who is not only a recruiter but also a trusted partner and advisor. If you bring a mix of hands-on experience and strategic thinking—and you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment—you'll thrive here.

  • At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in full-cycle hiring, including senior management roles.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
  • Mentoring or coaching junior team members is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, talent strategy, and employer branding.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (experience with UKG is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a collaborative mindset.
