Your mission
As Manager, Talent Acquisition reporting to Camille Dionne, Director, People & Culture, your mission is to lead and scale Cozey’s hiring engine to support our ambitious growth. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring we consistently attract and hire top talent, while building a recruitment function that is efficient and aligned with our values. From developing high-impact processes and programs to coaching the team and partnering with leaders, your work will directly shape the team that drives Cozey forward.
