Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and shape GenAI agent use cases that improve in-stock performance, fill rate, inventory positioning, and fulfillment outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and influence design of intelligent agents; drive adoption in day-to-day workflows.
  • Act as product owner for GenAI-enabled solutions, managing backlogs, acceptance criteria, timelines, and value realization with engineering and data teams.
  • Partner with omnichannel supply chain teams and technology teams to ensure usable, trusted solutions.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate KPI impact (in-stock, fill rate, inventory health, working capital) attributable to GenAI solutions.
  • Drive rapid test-and-learn cycles, simplify workflows, refine agent behavior, and improve performance based on data.
