The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager for EY’s Digital Supply Chain & Operations team, focusing on Advanced Planning Software (APS) implementation and process improvements. As a supply chain professional, you will work with business leaders on supply chain transformation, end-to-end process design, optimization, and best practices across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver. Your Key Responsibilities

As Manager, Digital Supply Chain & Operations, you will:

• Contribute to client engagements and internal projects within Supply Chain & Operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships internally and externally.
• Identify new business opportunities and escalate risks as needed.
• Create innovative insights for clients, providing thought leadership and adapting methods to client needs.
• Improve operational efficiency and ensure high-quality work reviewed by senior staff.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a positive learning environment.
• Travel as needed, potentially up to 60-80%.

Client Responsibilities

• Participate in transforming supply chains through cross-disciplinary approaches.
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and documentation.
• Deliver quality work within deadlines and budget.
• Utilize data analytics to provide insights.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting communication and progress updates.

Practice and People Responsibilities

• Support practice growth and development.
• Assist in recruiting and capability building.
• Create a positive team environment and mentor junior staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience with APS software like Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, and ERP/SCM integration.
• Proven ability to develop and implement digital planning improvements.
• Experience with business process documentation and change management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital logistics, fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS modules.
• Manufacturing operations experience is a plus.
