  • Ensure efficient supply chain management, inventory control, and quality control measures for all operations, including international shipping processes, customs compliance, and trade regulations.
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, transit time, cost per shipment), prepare detailed reports for senior management, and optimize transportation networks considering cost, speed, and sustainability.
  • Identify risks in logistics operations, develop mitigation strategies, and address logistics-related challenges such as delays, capacity issues, and cost escalations.
  • Promote the implementation of transportation management systems (TMS) and data analytics, stay updated on industry trends, and implement advanced technologies to enhance logistics operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals in Brazil and Canada, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to align logistics activities with supply chain and customer needs.
