Sleep Country DTC (Endy/Casper/Hush) is seeking a Manager of DTC Supply Chain to oversee daily operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective product delivery. Reporting to the Director of DTC Supply Chain, this role manages demand planning, logistics, distribution, vendor relationships, and leads a team of five.

The ideal candidate is a supply chain expert with strong operational skills, leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role is crucial in optimizing the DTC supply chain and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and train the Supply Chain and Fulfillment teams to meet organizational and personal goals.
  • Manage the supply chain across e-commerce and retail channels, maintaining inventory levels and supporting distribution centers for optimal efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: wholesale, marketing, distribution centers, and product sourcing to coordinate activities and support new product launches.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory, order management, demand forecasting, warehouse planning, and metrics tracking.
  • Serve as a liaison with vendors to facilitate planning and maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), supporting metric development and implementation.
  • Provide analytics and insights to demand planning and fulfillment teams to meet targets and ensure timely order flow and delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or consumer goods industries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Proficiency with supply chain software such as Demand Planning, ERP, or TMS systems.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
