Sleep Country DTC (Endy/Casper/Hush) is seeking a Manager of DTC Supply Chain to lead the day-to-day operations of the supply chain and ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers. Reporting to the Director of DTC Supply Chain, this role oversees demand planning, logistics planning, distribution processes, and vendor relationships while managing a team of five.
The ideal candidate is a supply chain expert with a strong operational mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role is critical in optimizing Sleep Country’s DTC supply chain and delivering a superior customer experience.

What you’ll do:
- Provide leadership, coaching and training to the Supply Chain and Fulfilment Operations teams to ensure that both organizational and personal goals and objectives are met
- Manage the supply chain for the DTC brands, which entails that all brands, across both e-commerce and retail store distribution channels, are in a proper inventory position to meet the needs of the business and that distribution centers are well supported to operate at the highest efficiencies.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders: the wholesale team on the wholesale channel, the marketing team for promotional marketing calendars of all brands, the distribution centres for inventory levels and delivery of product to customers, as well as the product, sourcing and merchandising departments to ensure new product launches.
- Lead and develop continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of inventory management, order management, demand forecasting accuracy, replenishment flows, warehouse space planning and overall metrics tracking.
- Be a key liaison between DTC brands and all vendors to facilitate the planning process and coordinate supply chain activities to maximize operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction through the best products and best delivery experience.
- Monitor and report on weekly and monthly Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to understand departmental performance at the brand level. Support the creation and implementation of Metrics in inventory management, demand planning, replenishment, fulfilment, and deliveries.
- Provide insights, direction, and business analytics to the demand planning teams to ensure targets are achieved. Also, the fulfilment operations team must ensure customer orders flow to distribution centres and are shipped and delivered on time.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or consumer goods industries is preferred
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, customer order fulfilment, logistics and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as Demand Planning, ERP or TMS systems
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
