The role partners with marketing, sales, finance and external manufacturing to generate consensus forecasts, create feasible supply plans and manage inventory and service levels. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business, 3–5 years in demand and supply planning, familiarity with SAP S4/IBP and APICS certification.

The Supply Chain Manager is an individual leader responsible for end-to-end planning activities for an assigned set of product families or brands. This role sits within the Global Planning function and Bausch Health will participate in the overall tactical and operational initiatives that support product commercialization efforts, ongoing demand and supply planning, and inventory management for the portfolio. As an important partner to Business Unit Leaders, the role is key to the success of our organization and will Interface with internal and external partners, local and global to achieve product supply requirements. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Manager will lead the Consensus Demand Forecast Process between Supply Chain, Marketing, and other key stakeholders. Using the agreed Consensus Forecast as an input, the Supply Chain Manager will generate feasible supply plans and net requirements. In delivering demand forecasts and supply plans, the Manager will participate in the S&OP meeting process for their Business Units. This role will own KPIs such as forecast accuracy, customer service levels, backorders, and inventory levels. In addition to the above, the Supply Chain Manager will own the relationship with the supplying manufacturing sites and external CMOs whether directly or indirectly with BIRL.
The range of starting base pay for this role is 95,000– 125,000k. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.

Le Chef de la chaîne d'approvisionnement sera responsable de la planification complète, de A à Z, pour un portefeuille de produits ou de marques spécifiques. Relevant de la fonction de planification globale, ce rôle impliquera une participation active dans des initiatives tactiques et opérationnelles mondiales soutenant les efforts de mise en marché, la planification continue de la demande et de l'offre, ainsi que la gestion des stocks. En tant que partenaire clé des dirigeants des unités d'affaires, ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans la réussite de l'organisation et interagit avec des partenaires internes et externes, tant au niveau local que global, pour répondre aux exigences d'approvisionnement en produits.
La fourchette salariale de base pour ce poste est de 95,000$ à 125,000 $. Le salaire de départ réel sera déterminé en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, dont les compétences, l’expérience, les qualifications, la formation et le lieu. En plus du salaire de base, ce poste donne accès à notre programme de boni annuel ou au régime d’incitation aux ventes.
