  • Translate complex stakeholder requirements into clear, data‑driven insights by leveraging Power BI dashboards, Excel‑based analysis, and standardized metrics sourced from multiple systems.
  • Execute supplier and category management processes, including supplier segmentation, performance monitoring, and program reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance program tools, templates, and documentation to support operational consistency.
  • Support the development and delivery of training and enablement activities to strengthen supplier management capabilities.
  • Design and maintain standardized data models, reporting templates, and analytical views to support supplier segmentation and program tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to operational risk, regulatory compliance, and internal control requirements in accordance with applicable frameworks and policies.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and program controls in accordance with applicable risk management frameworks.
  • Support risk, compliance, and remediation tracking through structured reporting solutions, including traceable data sources and documented logic.
  • Partner with supplier management managers, strategic sourcing managers, and Procurement business partners to ensure effective procurement delivery and supplier oversight across the Bank.
  • Collaborate with procurement, risk, and business partners to integrate data from multiple systems into consolidated reporting views using relational data concepts and SQL‑based logic where applicable.
  • Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day‑to‑day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk.
  • Champion a high‑performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates team members by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vision/values/business strategy, and managing succession and development planning for the team.
  • Collaborate with supplier management managers/strategic sourcing managers and the Procurement business partners to ensure ONEGPS support and delivery to our business partners across the Bank.
