Job description

Overview
Coral is a women’s health company on a mission to empower a whole generation of women to live the best years in the prime of their lives. Coral supports women from peri- to post-menopause and beyond, offering a holistic, science-backed approach through 1:1 virtual care, rigorous biomarker testing and a comprehensive digital platform.
We are seeking a bilingual individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong relationship-building, problem solving and analytical skills to join our team as Strategic Projects Manager. Your mission will be to work on strategic projects and establish meaningful partnerships to position Coral as the Canadian leader in women’s health, and reach revenue projections.
Coral is founded by a group of executives with extensive background founding and growing technology companies. Anna Chif, executive chairperson, founded Dialogue, a leading telemedicine company in Canada, which went public and was later acquired by Sun Life Financial. Fiona Lake Waslander, CEO, is a successful serial entrepreneur, with her latest venture, Skylight, being acquired by Opendoor. John McCalla, Chief Technology Officer, was VP Engineering at Dialogue and prior to that was the founder of Bluestreak Technologies.
Coral raised $4.1M in seed capital from Brightspark Ventures, Diagram Ventures, and The51 - all top Canadian VCs.
Work is remote-first, with regular get togethers in Montreal and Toronto.
Key Responsibilities
  • With support from founders, own the full business development cycle — from outreach and relationship management to partnership activation — with insurers, brokers, and employers to quarterback commercial growth.
  • Provide support to marketing and founders to identify, engage, and onboard high-impact influencers, thought leaders and media, particularly within Quebec, to amplify brand awareness and credibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and clinical teams to build material to help commercial efforts, including value proposition and ROI measurement and communication.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with professional and medical societies to build credibility and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Quarterback capital-raising efforts through investor relations, material preparation, and strategic coordination with internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Fully bilingual (French & English)
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Very detail-oriented, organized, rigorous and diligent
  • Hard working, focused, able to prioritize amongst large volumes of demands and follow-ups
  • Strong communication skills and experience giving presentations to senior leadership teams.
  • Ease with ChatGPT, AI assistants and other productivity tools, especially for getting organized, following up and keeping track of work
  • Past experience in rigorous, fast-paced environments a must
  • Fearless and perseverant
  • Role is remote, but must live in Montreal or Greater Toronto areas to be able to attend in-person training and team meetings as required.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
This role offers valuable hands-on experience in an entrepreneurial setting while contributing to an important area of healthcare. If this position sounds interesting, we’d love to hear from you.
