About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join the Strategic Insights team as a Manager. In this role, you will own and drive key initiatives by working with stakeholders across Loblaw to solve complex business problems using a human-centric approach. You will leverage internal data, brand health metrics, and research methodologies to develop actionable insights and present findings that enable human-centered strategies. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse challenges across industries such as banking, loyalty, CPG, retail, eCommerce, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to interpret business problems and execute strategic research projects.
  • Coordinate with research partners to conduct consumer research.
  • Transform complex customer data into clear insights.
  • Design and present compelling reports to tell data stories and drive actions.
  • Identify future business opportunities based on industry trends and research.
  • Explore innovative research methods for deeper insights.
  • Present findings to various organizational levels.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of research experience in agencies or marketing companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human sciences such as Psychology or Sociology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of research methodologies and data analysis.
  • Experience with retail industry and brand health metrics is an asset.
