A leading company in sales solutions is seeking a Manager - Strategic Accounts for the Mississauga area. This role involves developing account strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and overseeing a team focused on strategic client growth. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in strategic sales, alongside strong leadership capabilities and a bachelor's degree in a related field. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment with travel requirements.
As a Manager - Strategic Accounts, you will build an effective account strategy to develop key strategic client relationship(s) resulting in profitable sales growth using an advanced level of sales skills, industry knowledge and business acumen. You will maintain contact with account(s) at a high, often executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship. You will manage sales activities for named accounts rather than an assigned territory. You may be a team leader and/or provide professional leadership and coordination for a team supporting key strategic accounts.

Working Environment: Outside Sales – Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. Driving may be required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts. Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
