We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Manager of Stakeholder Relations and Governance to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring excellence in governance practices. This role will drive engagement, manage compliance processes, and support leadership in decision-making
Position Overview:
The Manager, Stakeholder Relations and Governance will be responsible for managing the organization’s stakeholder engagement strategy as well as ensuring that our governance practices are best in class. This role will involve working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage relationships with key external stakeholders and to manage all Board and Committee meeting logistics, attending meetings and producing meeting minutes and briefing notes.

Salary Range: $72,469 - $90,586
