About The Role

Our client is looking for a “Manager – Specifications” whose will

oversee the development and management of specifications for

government and private projects. Ensures compliance with

governmental regulations, standards, and guidelines. Coordinates

with project teams, regulatory bodies, and contractors to meet

project requirements

Who can apply?

Specific Task

– Collaborate closely with architects, project management

consultants (PMC), interior contractors, hospitals, and

– Promote our products and solutions to these stakeholders,

emphasizing the benefits and features that meet their project

requirements.

– Develop, review, and update project specifications in accordance

with government standards.

– Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects and key

decision makers to understand project requirements.

– Ensure specifications align with relevant regulations.

– Liaise with government agencies to obtain necessary approvals

and permits.

– Manage processes for product registration on relevant portals.

– Monitor and update specifications throughout the project

lifecycle.

– Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of project

specifications.

– Address inquiries and provide necessary documentation during

inspections.

– Identify and mitigate risks related to specification deviations or

non-compliance.

– Collaborate with legal teams to incorporate specifications into

project contracts.

Professional Experience

– Proven experience in managing specifications in construction segment

– Strong project management and organizational skills.

– Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Additional Knowledge

– Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
