Job description

Your role as Manager, Special Projects

We are seeking a hyper-organized and detail-oriented individual to support the CEO as Manager of Special Projects for a 1 year term with the high possibility of it becoming permanent. In this role, you will function as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. It requires exceptional judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, high-impact initiatives with precision and discretion. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic projects forward, influence decision-making, and ensure flawless execution. Success means anticipating needs, prioritizing effectively, and consistently delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a highly dynamic and visible role ideal for someone with excellent judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and collaborate across senior levels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner closely with the CEO on high-priority initiatives, providing research, synthesis, and execution support.
  • Prepare CEO materials for Board of Directors meetings, including presentation decks and strategic documents.
  • Support the preparation of CEO communications, both internal and external, ensuring clarity, tone, and alignment with company priorities.
  • Plan and execute quarterly executive offsite meetings: drive agenda setting, material collection, meeting facilitation, note-taking, and post-meeting action follow-up.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic programs including the Executive Hands-On Experience and Client Experience Programs and design and implement new programming, as required.
  • Execute ad hoc special projects as assigned by the CEO, ranging from technology implementation and process optimization to internal change management and communications.
  • Manage executive support team.

We'd love to hear from you if you are/have:

  • Based in Montreal and bilingual;
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, chief-of-staff, or senior program/project leadership roles
  • Proven experience working directly with C-level executives and Boards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting executive-level messaging.
  • Strong project management capability—able to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea through to execution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset.

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
