Work Arrangements : Due to the nature of the work and operational requirements, this position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (combination of working onsite and telework). The Role

Join NRC, Canada's largest research and technology organization, and help bring research to life. We are seeking a Manager, SONAR360 and Platform to support NRC-IRAP’s Division Services. The ideal candidate shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect, and Creativity.

Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, the incumbent will:

  1. Participate in developing and delivering new programming, systems, and projects, optimizing existing ones. Prioritize work, set goals, manage projects, and report progress. Act as a trusted advisor to IRAP’s Leadership.
  2. Use project management processes to monitor performance, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  3. Communicate project performance and outcomes effectively to the team and clients.
  4. Plan resources, skills, equipment, and facilities within budget to achieve objectives.
  5. Manage budgets for fee-for-service projects, including expenditure and revenue forecasts.
  6. Lead performance planning and reviews, recommending HR actions as needed.
  7. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and communicative environment within IRAP.
  8. Manage development, deployment, and improvement of IRAP CRM Application and platform, collaborating with stakeholders.
  9. Establish future functionalities and improvements, prioritizing and implementing them.
  10. Enhance CRM functionalities and usability using platform features.
  11. Coordinate integration with other applications.
  12. Work with stakeholders to ensure adoption through change management and training.

Screening Criteria

Applicants must demonstrate the following in their application to be considered:

  • Experience in management principles, advising senior management, stakeholder relationships, CRM systems, and overseeing complex projects.

Assets :
  • Experience in entrepreneurship or SME management of tech-based products/services.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics CRM systems.
  • Experience delivering Gs and Cs programs.
  • Project management certification.

Note: Significant experience typically involves 3+ years, recent experience within 5 years, and complex projects spanning multiple organizations.

Additional Information

Salary ranges from $64,739 to $183,010, depending on expertise, outcomes, and impacts. Bilingualism bonus of $800/year applies for bilingual candidates. NRC offers competitive benefits, including pension, health, dental, and more.
