Identity Engineering owns the systems responsible for onboarding all consumers and managing their authentication and verification journeys across Affirm’s product surfaces. We are looking for a highly motivated manager to help build this team.
The manager will be instrumental in guiding the team through technical challenges, driving process improvements, and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer conversion. This engineering leader position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to own and deliver high-availability and low-latency systems on the critical paths for all of our products.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $178,000 - $228,000 per year, as well as monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for you and your dependents).
