Job description

Position Purpose:
Responsible for managing the day to day activities related to Security Culture, Training & Awareness ensuring compliance and raising security awareness throughout the organization.

  • Define, lead, and implement cybersecurity training and awareness campaigns to the Centene enterprise
  • Develop, document and maintain enterprise security training and awareness programs for certification and compliance
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity training customized for critical roles across the enterprise
  • Develop engaging and valuable learning opportunities to the workforce, that reduce cyber risk for the business.
  • Develop, manage & communicate Culture, Awareness, and Training annual roadmap to leadership
  • Define measurable goals, objectives, and identify metrics and solutions that show impact and progress over time
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Information Technology, Corporate Communications, HR, Employee Experience, Security Assurance, Governance, Risk & Compliance) to collaborate on the best way to drive cultural changes
  • Lead through organizational scale and priority changes in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, results-oriented team environment

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of security, IS risk, or IS compliance related operations experience required. Program or team management experience preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of Security and IS Risk as they relate to compliance and legal support.

License/Certification:
CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP preferred

Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
