What You’ll Do

• Execute risk governance standards for enterprise risk policies and frameworks
• Support the development and execution of our enterprise risk management and risk appetite framework, ensuring ESG risks are integrated
• Lead the process to identify, assess, and monitor the organization's top risks
• Provide guidance for analyzing the enterprise risk profile and create insights through risk reporting for management and Board risk committee
• Manage team capacity, recruitment, and work plans
