Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$119,935 - $162,265 Proven leadership in ESG risk management rewarded
Lead the team responsible for enterprise-level risk management processes, ensuring effective communication and oversight. You’ll integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) risk into existing risk management practices and support the execution of FCC’s enterprise risk management and risk appetite framework.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute risk governance standards for enterprise risk policies and frameworks
  • Support the development and execution of our enterprise risk management and risk appetite framework, ensuring ESG risks are integrated
  • Lead the process to identify, assess and monitor the organization's top risks
  • Provide guidance for analysing the enterprise risk profile and create insights through risk reporting for management and Board risk committee
  • Manage team capacity, recruitment and work plans

  • Knowledge of ESG risk management in a financial institution is an asset
