  5. Guide client engagement teams in completing independence clearance procedures.
  6. Develop and update independence policies, processes, and tools to ensure compliance with global and local requirements.
  7. Promote commitment to audit quality, risk management, and independence policies within the firm.
  8. Prepare technical alerts, guidance, training materials, and other deliverables for distribution.
  9. Supervise team members on independence requests and tasks.
  10. Manage projects and identify process improvements.
What You Bring To The Role
  1. Minimum five years of client service experience in independence, audit, or risk management roles within a professional services environment.
  2. Professional accounting (CPA) or risk qualification.
  3. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, diligent, and responsive.
  4. Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Initiative and organizational skills.
  6. Experience responding to complex inquiries, analyzing data, and documenting findings.
  7. Excellent time management and ability to work independently and in teams.
  8. Strong business writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work under deadlines and handle challenging situations confidently.
  10. Leadership and relationship management skills, with a focus on coaching and trust-building.
  11. Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
  12. Fluency in English, both written and oral.
