We are hiring a Manager of RevOps to lead our revenue intelligence and analytics engine. You’ll partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to transform data into insight, insight into action, and action into revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Forecasting & Funnel Health Deliver insight into coverage, conversion velocity, slippage, and risk signals
  • GTM KPI Frameworks Define and manage the revenue metric architecture across acquisition, pipeline, expansion, and retention
  • Reporting Stack & Infrastructure Architect and manage reporting across Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake to ensure clean, consistent, business-ready insights
  • Sales Planning Support Support territory design, segmentation, quota modeling, and headcount planning
  • Strategic Analytics Projects Lead analysis workstreams tied to GTM pivots — pricing, new market entry, campaign ROI, and more
  • Executive-Level Reporting Build crisp, actionable reporting used in QBRs, board decks, and leadership review

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years in RevOps, Sales Strategy or GTM Analytics — ideally in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of SaaS revenue mechanics : CAC, pipeline coverage, NRR, funnel velocity, win rate
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, owning tools selection / implementation, and managing GTM systems architecture.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, cohort modeling, pricing analysis, and ARR / retention forecasting.
  • You simplify data into clear, actionable insights, operate with ownership and integrity, and turn problems into solutions — all while growing toward leadership through impact.Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis tools (e.g.Excel, Eloqua, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with a track record of working effectively across different teams.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and / or internationally, and have a valid passport.
